Food and Beverage Operations

The Food and Beverage Operations certificate program provides a 15 hour educational experience in the food and beverage discipline. Students will receive concentrated instruction on a number of pertinent aspects pertaining to the food and beverage industry.

Program Requirements (15 hours)

  1. HSP 210(3), 218(3), 321(3), 426(3)
  2. Complete one of the following courses:  HSP 330(3), 409(3), 435(3)

Completion Requirement

Must obtain a grade of "C" or better in all certificate courses.
