Biography
Dr. Kara Wolfe is the School Director for Hospitality & Agricultural Leadership. She has been in higher education for over 20 years in a variety of places, from Hong Kong to North Dakota and Illinois. She has taught dozens of different classes from Introduction to Capstone classes, using High Impact practices such as experiential learning, writing intensive courses, and study abroad. Her research foci are related to cultural and emotional intelligence, tourism marketing, environmental issues, and hospitality education.
